Canadian Roads Transport and Civil Engineering Consultancy (CRTC) was engaged by M/s Al Jaber Transport and General Contracting to oversee the Civil design component of the Design of Street 18 and VIP Access, as well as supervise construction activities.

Project Description

CRTC have been involved in the design and supervision of the road reinstatement works of the ADNOC Underground Car park and we believe that we are fully aware of the project and the widening works required for the project.

CRTC is responsible for the review and approval of the construction shop drawings completed by the contractor and at the end of the project CRTC will review and approve the AS Built drawings provided by the contractor in line with ADM procedures. Likewise, CRTC would enable their expertise to liaise with authorities and develop the asset hand over plan in line with the standards and allow the authorities to take over the assets in a smooth process. Likewise, the Road Safety Audit Stage 3 also would be conducted after the completion of the construction in order to analyze that no safety concerns are present on the site.

• Detailed Design of Street No. 18 Widening

• Concept Design

• Preliminary Design

• Detailed Design of VVIP Access on Baynoonah Street

• Road Safety Audits (Stage 1, 2, and 3)

• Construction Supervision

• Review of Construction Shop Drawings and Asset Handover.
